Center for Community-Engaged Learning

The Center for Community-Engaged Learning provides support for academic courses with a service-learning component; coordinates the Community Engagement Scholars Program, which provides support and recognition to students who make a substantial commitment to community work as part of their undergraduate experience; and advises individual students on volunteer opportunities in the Twin Cities.  Our office also coordinates domestic off-campus study programs, including the Higher Education Consortium for Urban Affairs (HECUA) semester-long, social justice-focused programs in the Twin Cities.
