This symposium featured a panel of distinguished academics who discussed the role of community engagement in the 21st Century research university. The panelists presented their perspectives on how community engagement can be integrated into teaching and research at the university level. Following their presentations, the panelists responded to questions from the audience and then participated in small group roundtable discussions with audience members.
