Engaged Scholar Publicly-Engaged Methodology Bootcamps begin October 19
University of Minnesota faculty and staff from a range of disciplines will offer four publicly-engaged bootcamps in an exploration of how particular methodologies can be incorporated into teaching and research and how publicly-engaged scholarship can be applied to individual scholars' work. 
The bootcamps will be held on Friday mornings from 9 to 11 a.m. beginning October 19 in the Crosby Seminar Room, Northrop Memorial Auditorium. Sessions include: October 19: Digital Storytelling; October 26: Community-based Participatory Action Research; November 9: Action Research; and November 16: Citizen Science. 
Co-sponsored by the Institute for Advanced Study and the Office for Public Engagement, the bootcamps and free and no registration is required.
